Christmas greetings from the Jeffs family! We would all like to thank you for our puppy training. We have been running off the lead with other dogs since September (7months old). We're impeccable with other dogs and come when recalled very quickly. We have some lovely walks too and after 3 months on a 10 metre rein and numerous bags of cooked chicken, at 9 months old, many older dogs just can't match us. The 3 training sessions with you gave us all a good start together. We are still working on lead and collar part and are improving daily. I rang nicky as I didn't know what to do with my little rescue dog dotty. She was frightened of her own shadow. After meeting nicky she advised me on what to do I took her advice and dotty is blossoming beautifully. Cannot thank nicky enough xxx

I contacted Nicky to help me with my two strong-willed labradoodles, 6 and 3 years old.
Her training techniques have given me back my confidence when walking them together. Our sessions showed me how to take control of situations rather than let them escalate. The dogs would react badly to noisy vehicles and some other dogs. This had made walking difficult.
Walks are more enjoyable now and Nicky helped me to understand the way they reacted in certain situations. Due to this, avoiding possible issues has become easier.
I will definitely be calling Back to Basics Dog Training in the future if I have any more issues with my two boys.
