We contacted Nicky shortly after getting our Cockapoo puppy Obi. The reason being we were struggling to get a proper routine in place, and worried we were doing everything wrong. After the first session with Nicky things felt a lot less manic, and made much more sense. Obi has definitely made encouraging process, and we have as well knowing we have an expert on hand to point us in the right direction. Even outside of our appointments Nicky was there answering e mails, phone calls and text messages with our many random questions. Cannot believe the difference in Molly our 2 1/2 year old dog who is a complete diva ... Nicky has visited twice and we really cannot believe the way Molly has responded to her. Normally a walk is more of a chore than enjoyment but Nicky is teaching us and Molly that we can all enjoy this time. I would highly recommend Nicky she is passionate about what she does it shows. We attended Nicky's Puppy Socialisation Class with our Sprocker puppy Pumpkin & then followed on with her Obedience Training & we all loved it! Her approach to positive training was both refreshing & rewarding, we all learned so much. The group worked well together encouraging all the puppys(and owners) & the puppys had fun, down time, playing together as well.
